James Bridgwater (BA Hons)

I have always had a passion for Architecture since being a child and dragged by my builder farther to sites across the midlands. My first job out of school was in an architectural practice and when I left university in 2008 in the midst of recession, I decided to set up a little practice to work on bespoke residential projects. Fast forward to 2020 and we have evolved into a team of 7, with an office based in Sutton Coldfield,  I head a team of experienced designers, all of whom are committed to providing our clients with a professional and in-depth design service. I am pleased to say I love what I do, and that passion gives me the drive to create designs that are different.  At JAB Design we seek to not only meet our client’s expectations but exceed them - which is why we always go the extra mile for our clients, time after time.

James Pace Ba(Hons)

Having Completed my BArch at the Leicester school of Architecture, I joined JAB Design to further my practical experience and pursue my passion for residential architectural design. Helping clients visualise their dream space through 2D drawings and photo realistic rendering. I look to explore all possible means and push boundaries in my design process allowing for clean, contemporary and modernistic design. 

I love to travel as exploring and exposing my self to new cultures is something I really enjoy. As a keen gym goer and golfer, my passion for golf nearly exceeds that of Architecture! 

Zita Siliga

I joined the team at JAB Design in 2016 as a CAD Technician. Working alongside James and the team has allowed me to develop my knowledge of the design process from the clients initial ideas and needs, through to the completion of the building works, this has given me the motivation to learn as much as possible to always put our client’s needs and expectations  first. I am passionate about interior design and I love creating beautiful spaces for our clients, spaces that they can fall in love with. In my personal time I enjoy reading and having long walks with my dog, who is actually our little office pooch, Rio.

Caroline Bridgwater Ba(Hons)

I joined the team and my brother James in September 2020 to assist with their Marketing and Business Development.

Since graduating from BCU I have had the opportunity to work with some of the biggest and most recognised brands in the world, which I have enjoyed greatly and gained a wealth of experience from.

I have watched the family business and the team grow over the past few years and I love seeing the designs the team create become reality, James’s vision and passion for bespoke design is inspiring, his ability to work with clients to create a space that they and their family’s will love for many years to come is inspiring, and I am immensely proud to work for him and watch the business grow!

Mertcan Abay MArchD

I joined JAB Design’s talented and friendly team in 2021 as a Part II Architectural Assistant. I have developed a diverse body of work in several sectors from high-end residential projects to commercial projects. I have a keen interest in innovative approaches to create and present projects.

I love designing spaces that are experiential and memorable for all who interact with them. That is why I thoroughly enjoy being involved in JAB Design’s bespoke projects that enhance our clients’ lives.

I enjoy travelling, visiting historic sites, nature walks and photography. I am also a big football fan.

Katrina Cook

I am ready to pounce on your incoming calls and be the first point of contact to help you with your enquiry and project, efficiently and with a smile.

Having been with JAB Design for two years, I feel my positivity has been a contribution to the established team and having 18 years within Customer Relations is beneficial to our Clients old and new.

 I take pride in being able to converse confidently and am successful in developing and sustaining  good customer relationships along with 10 years experience within a sales support role and working within a team environment I am proactive and work closely with all of our team members to get the job done. 

Having been use to dealing with Car Sales and their customers previously, Architectural Design being some what different to learn, I find the design element that my team members carry out inspiring, they reassure our clients what best for them and I am happy to be play a part of this good team work ethic.

Ken Ironmonger Ba(Hons)

An enthusiastic and determined, RIBA Architecture Degree Qualified Senior Architectural Consultant & Technologist with excellent technical skills covering a broad range of building types and forms of construction gained within Architectural practice. Abilities extend from sketch scheme design, feasibility studies, production of planning applications, tender packages, working drawing packages and Building Regulation submissions. A co-operative, technical minded individual, who works well on own initiative and as a dedicated team player, whilst communicating well with related professional disciplines. Extensive experience of project coordination, contract administration and preparation of specifications providing innovative solutions to complex technical problems in demanding environments.

Thomas Bristow Ba(Hons)

In early 2021 I became a member of the JAB Design team having completed my BArch at The University of Nottingham. Since joining I have not only pursued but expanded my interest in all aspects that make work at the firm so interesting. Be that working hand in hand with clients to help make their dreams come true, or creating visualisations of their dream homes and spaces.

I thrive in the creative hubbub at the firm, and as a keen Drawer, Painter and Sculpture in my own free time, being part of the JAB Design team only amplifies this.
